Effluent Water Treatment

If we do not treat the harmful waste water from washing PET bottles, it defeats the very purpose of recycling.



To further reduce our impact on the environment our company has taken a costly investment for ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) system. This assures not even a single drop of wastewater leaves the factory.


Our ZLD is a multi effect evaporator. This takes care of the reject Reverse Osmosis (RO) water, which has a high concentration of TDS. By the ZLD, we evaporate the water; remove the dissolved solids and then condensate the water, leading to the higher usability of water. In light of this, we have also taken both ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 certification as a responsible corporate citizen. Aero Fibre is committed to play an important role in protecting the environment from the harmful effects of wastewater. We are also creating a live example for other PET recycling factories across India and the world to treat and reuse their own wastewater.

Our purpose has to be a Zero effect on the environment in line with the Indian government’s policy of “Zero Defect, Zero Effect”.

Community Outreach

We believe that it is our responsibility to take care of the community that we operate in. To that end, we regularly commission projects that help in promoting healthy living conditions and cultivating opportunities for job creation, thereby, uplifting the lives of the communities members. Creating bee hives and training community members in beekeeping gives them the opportunity to generate additional income.
Clean drinking water facilities also promotes clean and healthy living conditions.
